We are currently hiring immediately for this position, and we are eager to find the right talent to join our elite engineering team in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our core platforms, specifically tailored for our night-optimized infrastructure.
- Debug complex issues and resolve technical debt during off-peak hours to ensure 99.99% system availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define features and implement best coding practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and security standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Write clear, concise documentation for APIs, architecture, and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, C#, or Go.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, scalable code.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
