Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our enterprise clients.
- Maintain and optimize legacy systems during off-peak hours to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design) via asynchronous communication channels.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust patches.
- Write clear, maintainable documentation for all technical processes.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical system alerts.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++, or Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
