Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Python
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shift handovers
- Optimize system performance and resolve production issues in real-time
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable microservices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with Java/Python and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with production debugging experience
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
