Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Go
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handovers
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to security standards
- Document technical specifications and architecture decisions
- Mentor junior engineers during night shift rotations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with distributed databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Proficient in Linux environments and shell scripting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with agile development methodologies
