Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems supporting 24/7 global operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement microservices architecture using Java/Python
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Lead code reviews and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical strategy sessions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
