Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-availability microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive system architecture decisions for 10M+ user platforms
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Go, Python, or Rust preferred)
- Proven track record with distributed systems and cloud architectures
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex systems
- Portfolio demonstrating contributions to large-scale applications
