Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern languages (Java, Python, or C#).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve the performance, reliability, and security of our applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and optimize database performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages and familiarity with frameworks (Spring Boot, React, or .NET).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
