Responsibilities
- System Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems using industry-standard technologies and best practices.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high performance and scalability of applications.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive unit tests and perform rigorous debugging to ensure product reliability and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions to improve team efficiency.
- Deployment: Participate in the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes to ensure smooth delivery of software updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go. Experience with React, Angular, or Node.js is highly desirable.
- Database Skills: Strong understanding of SQL and experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
