Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions from the ground up.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term fixes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep knowledge of database systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
