Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Architecture: Participate in the architectural design of systems to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Frameworks: Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot is preferred.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
