Role Overview:
As a Software Engineer at Apex Data Systems, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver robust, user-centric applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or C#).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features with speed and precision.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline automation to ensure seamless deployments.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into our tech stack where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Spring Boot, or .NET.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
