Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and bugs to ensure system stability and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver high-quality products.
- Technical Leadership: Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior team members, and drive technical decision-making.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize application efficiency to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and familiarity with React, Node.js, or Angular.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL solutions.
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
