What You Will Do
As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that drive our business forward. You will work directly with senior architects and product managers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software features using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, Design) to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with React or Node.js is a plus.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
