Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Automate testing frameworks ensuring 95%+ code coverage
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using Datadog/New Relic
- Drive DevOps initiatives including containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Agile/Scrum methodology mastery
- Excellent problem-solving with system design experience
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
