What You'll Do:
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using industry-standard languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while adhering to strict coding standards and architectural patterns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Agile Methodology: actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions to enhance system stability.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java. Experience with React or Node.js is highly preferred.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
- Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Immediate Availability: Must be able to start within 2 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
