Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Stay current with emerging cloud and DevOps technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Java/Python/Go/Rust)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed systems
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI/ArgoCD)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative communication
