Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations for speed and reliability.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit tests and perform rigorous debugging to ensure product stability.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation and API specifications for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript) and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and utilizing version control tools like Git.
