Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C++).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and traders to define system requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Debug complex issues and implement robust fixes with minimal downtime.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture planning for new features and products.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language (Java, Python, C++, or Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
