If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to build scalable, low-latency solutions that impact billions in daily trades, we want to meet you.

As part of our Kansas City-based remote team, you will work alongside world-class quants and developers to optimize pricing models, manage massive market data streams, and execute trades with precision. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your coding skills in a high-stakes, high-reward environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex market data feeds to identify arbitrage opportunities and pricing inefficiencies.

  • Debug and resolve critical latency issues in production environments using Linux and C++.
  • Maintain and evolve our proprietary order management and execution engines.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ (required) and Python (desired) for high-frequency trading development.

  • Experience with distributed systems, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and real-time data processing.
