Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software for equity options pricing and trading systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement complex financial algorithms
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability for high-frequency trading environments
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of code
- Stay updated on industry regulations (SEC, FINRA) and compliance requirements
- Participate in agile development cycles and code reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in C++, Java, or Python for financial software development
- Deep understanding of equity options pricing models (Black-Scholes, Binomial Trees)
- Proficiency in SQL and distributed systems architecture
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and low-latency trading systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
