Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance software applications using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or C#).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural best practices.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt within the codebase.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented technical documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, or C#, and frontend frameworks like React.js or Angular.
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL/PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
