Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely solutions and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Full Stack or Backend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java and a deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
