Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and contribute to technical strategy for critical infrastructure components
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and champion engineering best practices
- Optimize system performance and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python, Go, or Java
- Expertise in distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and database optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of shipping production code in agile environments
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
