Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-traffic web applications using modern programming languages (Python/Java/Go).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code with comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to drive engineering excellence.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar backend language.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
