Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust security protocols across cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response procedures for security breaches and cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of enterprise systems
- Develop security awareness training programs for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor SIEM tools and analyze security logs for suspicious activities
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security operations or threat analysis
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Proven ability to develop security policies and procedures
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
