Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for testing, security, and performance optimization.
- Debug complex issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical documentation and architecture of the platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
