- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure standards are met.
- Debugging & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
