Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using modern languages (Java, Python, or Go).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architecture design, and implementation.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and advocate for innovative technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
