Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to C-level executives with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization and storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in data analysis with enterprise systems
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization)
- Advanced Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of 10+ production dashboards
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong statistical analysis background (regression, hypothesis testing, time series)
- Proven ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
