Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using cloud-native architectures
- Optimize algorithms for real-time data processing and machine learning pipelines
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements to accelerate deployment cycles
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Architect secure APIs with OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication
- Conduct A/B testing to drive feature enhancements and user experience improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in distributed systems and Kubernetes orchestration
- Proficiency with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithm design
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent cloud platform experience
- Track record of delivering production systems at scale (>1M users)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
