Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve application performance, speed, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement robust solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on web technologies.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG) is highly preferred.
