Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces and optimize user experiences
- Architect scalable backend solutions with Node.js/Express and integrate RESTful APIs
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct thorough testing/QA processes
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practice documentation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS
