Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and front-end technologies.
- Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and SQL (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
