Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end web development projects using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect responsive designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Docker, and AWS services
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex web applications and responsive design
- Experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js ecosystems
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and server-side rendering
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO optimization
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
