Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Optimize applications for peak performance across all browsers and mobile devices
- Implement responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility solutions
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive documentation and unit testing
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services (e.g., AWS, Firebase)
- Conduct code reviews and implement CI/CD best practices
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with a portfolio of 10+ production applications
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS
- Deep knowledge of React ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux) and Node.js
- Experience with responsive design methodologies and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies
- Proven ability to optimize front-end performance (Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores)
- Understanding of server-side rendering concepts and API development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
