Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive websites using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and SEO best practices
- Mentor 3+ junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Architect RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins
- Conduct client presentations and technical consultations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with portfolio
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and PWA
- Experience with serverless architecture and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent certification
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
