Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement responsive, user-centric web interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a 99/100 Lighthouse score.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity code and collaborate with backend teams on API integrations.
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish coding standards to maintain code quality and maintainability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex bugs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Frameworks: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Backend Knowledge: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Tools: Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
