Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack web development projects using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement responsive design principles and optimize web performance for all devices
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless frontend-backend integration
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior developers
- Implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express) and databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of web architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Proven track record of building responsive, performant web applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and testing frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
