Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability through rigorous testing and best practices
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance functionality
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high technical standards
- Implement SEO best practices and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with a strong portfolio of responsive websites
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency in at least one major JavaScript framework (React preferred)
- Familiarity with Node.js and server-side development principles
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of PHP, WordPress, or e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
