In this role, you will lead the design strategy for our suite of digital products, translating complex user needs into elegant, intuitive interfaces. You will be the bridge between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, ensuring every pixel serves a purpose.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and design systems.
- Create user personas and journey maps to guide the design process and ensure user-centricity.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to deliver high-quality designs on time.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams for feedback.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical audiences.
