Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, user testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement product features.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, advocating for the user's perspective.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical teams.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced development environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
