Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
- Translate complex user needs and business goals into intuitive, seamless, and visually stunning interfaces.
- Conduct extensive usability testing and iterate on designs based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and technical excellence within the design team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our comprehensive design system and component library.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex product projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing techniques.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and micro-interactions.
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
