Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research and strategy to define user personas, journeys, and product requirements.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and fully realized UI components using Figma and design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and technical excellence.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and creating personas/journey maps.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
