Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Translate high-level product requirements into intuitive, actionable designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to design interfaces that leverage machine learning capabilities.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system that scales with our product growth.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and drive iterative improvements.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders with the ability to articulate the strategic value of design decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio showcasing complex product design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience designing for emerging technologies, including AR/VR or AI-driven interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
