Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from wireframing, user flows, and prototyping to high-fidelity UI mockups and design hand-offs.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and optimize user journeys.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centric interfaces.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and design excellence.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to advocate for best-in-class design practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and usability metrics to drive design improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence non-design stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
