Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Own the end-to-end UX strategy for our flagship mobile and web platforms, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- User-Centric Research: Conduct extensive user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover insights that inform product direction.
- Visual & Interaction Design: Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and fully realized UI designs using industry-standard tools.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems to accelerate development and ensure brand integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Accessibility: Champion WCAG compliance and inclusive design practices to ensure our products are accessible to everyone.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a product-focused environment.
- Tools: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with the ability to create interactive prototypes.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) and how design translates to code.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
