Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to define product requirements and user personas.
- Translate customer needs and business goals into wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows.
- Create visually stunning, pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of successful design projects and user-centric solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
