Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Develop user journey maps and interaction flows to solve complex financial user problems
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with proven portfolio of B2C fintech or SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive digital experiences
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
