Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation
- Conduct A/B tests and iterate based on user feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience designing for financial services or SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field
