Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation for mobile and web applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS products
- Expertise in user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
